This course sure has shined a light on the "ins and outs" of the proper and improper ways in which to handle employee interactions with a smooth and controlled direction towards collective workplace success. I feel more learned than I was in the past and boy do I feel like my team members and I are ready to face the world TOGETHER.

I enjoyed the virtual conversation portion. It helped me to visualize a real life scenario. I was able to pick out which steps to take according to how I felt about the conversation. I really hope there is more of that.

This was a excellent course. It makes you think that there are many different ways to approach each situation.
